HEMORRHAGIC CHOROIDAL DETACHMENT

This digital illustration depicts a hemorrhage in the eye that occurs from blood vessels rupturing in the choroid layer, causing the bulging sides to “kiss” inside the eye and obstruct vision. Completed as a study on the use of color, this was my first official digital painting in Photoshop and helped me discover and play with properties of color and light to create form, as well as the different powerful tools at my disposal in Photoshop.
